Bemus Landscape wins back the landscape maintenance contract for Pacific Hills after a year long hiatus.
Bemus has been providing top notch service to the community for the past 14 years. In 2020, the Board of Directors did their due diligence in getting competitive landscape maintenance proposals and decided to try a new landscape maintenance contractor. After one year, the Board voted to bring back Bemus as their preferred landscape maintenance contractor. Bemus has taken over the monthly maintenance of the property beginning in July 2021. Branch Manager, Jaime Cerda has overseen the community for the past 14 years of service. He welcomes back the community with open arms and is looking forward to continuing his relationship with the community.
Pacific Hills Homeowners Association is a community that consists of 602 single family homes located in Misison Viejo, CA. This community has a large amount of landscape totaling over 4.7 million square feet of greenbelt/turf areas, large slopes, fuel mod, planter beds and five beautiful monuments.
